Cobble Hill
What began as a completely vacant and highly exposed rooftop, became a refuge for people and pollinators alike. The addition of an expansive Wisteria-covered pergola created much-needed protection from the sun and sits above a full outdoor kitchen, bar and lounge area. The fountain is central to the garden and serves as both a wind break and a screen to obstruct unsightly utilities.
The planting includes sky-high pollinator favorites: Hyssop & Blue Vervain as well as Viburnum, Hydrangea, Sage, Lady’s Mantle, Artemesia, Red Twig Dogwood, and Hardy Geranium. In the evening, subtly placed lighting creates a soft glow and allows for the surrounding skyline to be the star.
“Harrison Green took a completely raw space and created the most exceptionally special garden for our family. Now their team of kind, consummate professionals maintain it to the highest standards. We could not be happier.”
